A brain wave

 I suddenly had an idea, I don't get enough zinc, you only need a trace of zinc, too much  would be very bad for you. You  can get zinc from the following foods> Oysters, low fat beef, Dried watermelon  , pumpkin seeds.
,I don't really eat any of the above. I could get a supplement one tablet, 15mg, that is all I need, to give my immune system a boost.

So hopefully the zine will give me the boost I need to kick out these chest infections, because my immune system must be week at the moment after taking five lots of antibiotics. So along with the zinc I have my vitamin E, my strong garlic oil,vitamin D3, and just a trace of selenium, and also eating  foods that contain zinc.
