green phlegm

I know its' not very nice to talk about, but I know that my mucus, or phlegm is coloured green for many years now, sometimes thick and sometimes not so much, but always green. Now green or yellow mucus is a s
ign of infection, so does mean that have always had an infection.? . I will take a sample to my doctor tomorrow. In the mean time I have discovered one or two natural solution of killing infections

  • 1.Add a pinch of white pepper to 1 tsp. of raw honey. Take this twice a day for 5 days to dry up phlegm and eliminate a cough.

    Mix 2 tbsps. of honey with an equal amount of grape juice and take this three times a day for 5 days. The grape juice acts as an expectorant to eliminate phlegm.

    I will try these two remedies, with the ok from my doctor of course, and let you followers know, remember to wash your hands, and your computer keyboard.
